Legs on middle bar broke after a couple of weeks. Whole bed frame is steady but middle bar legs are are very weak Would give it zero if I could A lot of advertising budget with poor quality service and poor quality products. Although some of the advisers do their best to assist some of the company’s products are just not worth the money they charge. I bought a bed after we moved into our new property. After 3 months the middle supporting bar bent inwards and broke. We phoned and and because the adviser was so friendly we decided to pay more money to get an even more expensive bed. After a few months that broke too. Unfortunately we were travelling for a few months so could not return it within the same months. Came back and started the return process and this is when we were utterly disappointed. First I had to order for replacement parts which was then approved and set to be delivered in a few days. After waiting for 2 weeks I called back and was told delivery for the item was not until the next year Whoa the next year And no one had the decency and respect to tell me this and I’d had to phone in only to find out we’d be sleeping in sofas for another year Okay so we thought to return the bed and order a new one. They then agreed to refund store credits and then they collect the damaged item. Guess what Same horrible experience. After weeks I am still having to sleep on a floor waiting on Wayfair to have the simplest decency to contact me regarding credits and return of the damaged item. I just regret spending so much on a bed I could have purchased elsewhere for less that half the price and probably a better quality. Complete waste of time and money. I have just regretted ever purchasing

Nice bed and good price , however box was damaged and there was a split in the headboard (unseen when put together). Wayfair did give me some money back -great customer service

I bought two singles for our guest room and I’m really pleased with them. They were easy to assemble and look lovely. I assembled them myself due to husband’s broken wrist and they went together fine..... apart from that one last screw left over for each bed. Please tell me you added a spare just in case

Easy to fix and casual design. Perfect for my visitor bedroom.

Brilliant we bought this as little ones first big bed he's now four and a half and it's still going strong. It's also survived three house moves and we've only lost one half board from the base but doesn't make a difference. Really good valve and quality.
