The first one that arrived was really badly damaged. Chipped, dented and cracked in multiple places. But Wayfair sent me a new one 2 days later, so can't say fairer than that. Besides the initial hassle of the first one being damaged (probably by couriers throwing it around) , the stand turned out to be very good and just as I expected.

Great TV stand - holds my TV and consoles as well as loads of DVDs. Put it up on my own and it was pretty easy to do - very happy with it. Lovely grey colour and quick and easy delivery as well!
