Could anyone tell me how to attach the seat panel to the frame of the chair? It doesn't make sense and the instructions do not explain how to do so

1. I preferred gluing with "PVA" when assembling chairs, left 24hrs for drying. 2. Look simple and decent, strong and durable. I have children needed furniture for rough use. Chairs are solid after one month of using them. It seems my requirement is served.
