Dean Solid Wood 25cm W 4 - Drawer Chest of Drawers

Poorly manufactured. Had to use two pack to make a complete working unit. Parts arrived damaged.

I now have several pieces in this range, and I have always been delighted. This last one however. Oh dear! none of the drawers fitted once it was made up. My husband struggled for 4 hours. You can not return an item once its half made. Finely he sanded and cut the drawers till they fitted. It looked dreadful. We threw it into the shed. Its no use at all. As I say the rest of the range is beautiful. Maybe there was a new boy on the cutting machine. I am very disappointed.

Unit was absolute rubbish! Very poor quality, fortunate my husband was an engineer and was able to make adjustments to most parts. Will think twice before purchasing from Wayfair again, really disappointing!

Frankly, I think this product is rubbish and would avoid purchase. Why: 1) You need to be a competent woodworker to put it together because the drawers, once constructed, need significant correction in order to get them to fit - we are talking about 3mm out ; 2) I found at least one error in the instructions; 3) more dowels than were necessary were supplied without a clear indication as to why; 4) The finish is extremely poor - like it has been painted with muddy water to simulate ageing; and 5) I actually believe the construction template is either faulty or non-existent. The profit on this product must be massive - it represents extremely poor value for money. Avoid!!!!

Looks lovely but some of the draws didn't line up very well.
