I ordered 3 items of furniture - 2 chests of drawers (no assembly needed) and this console table. I wasn't expecting the console table to need assembly, my mistake! But it was so easy to assemble, contents included the one tool necessary for assembly and the finished item is very solid. I am very pleased with it! A tip for anyone wanting to get matching furniture - the drawers and this console table are similar in build, I just bought some matching drawer knobs to make all items match perfectly (so easy to change them!).
