Very poor quality lots of crack & chips in wood

Parts missing! Flimsy! Waste of money!

2nd one delivered as the 1st didn't match up so couldn't even build it, the 2nd one was split, holes drilled everywhere do looks shabby. Don't bother ordering, I want to get a refund

Product would've been nice if the right pieces came!! Overall, if you buy this product and you find that you have missing pieces don’t be surprised as they don’t have replacements either, just a waste of time! My experience: Ordered this at the start of July 2023 and it took 3 weeks for both Manufacturer (VidaXL) & Supplier (wayfair) to 'solve' this issue. I wanted a replacement and they had none, I had no choice but to get a refund and when I ordered another headboard (unfortunately it didn’t state it was from VidaXL also) it was missing parts too! I wouldn’t recommend this product or any products from VidaXL as they clearly don’t do quality control checks for their products and just send them out, their customer service was just confusing and they weren’t apologetic at all by delaying my moving in process by a whole month. Not happy and definitely would not recommend!
