The product is well made and very sturdy upon assembly. It is easy to assemble and looks lovely! I have since bought a second one of this product and will soon be purchasing a third!! Highly recommend!

screws were missing, dowels too short and it kept coming apart the back also didnt fit I have a gap about half an inch at one side one panel was also like a banana it alway had a small amount of blood on it so I guess someone else had a problem too

Very pleased with finished item but definitely fiddly to build hence the dropped star. Customer service second to none - I ordered 2 bookcases which apparently were different wood finishes, had a phone call to check and they matched the 2 units up for me. Couldn’t ask for more.
