I’m really disappointed with this divider. The screw holes are misaligned, and I wasn’t able to screw in several screws properly. On top of that, the wood finish is very poor, I even ended up with a splinter while assembling it. The finished divider looks untidy, and the color is completely off from what was advertised, its not cream, its pink. I genuinely don’t understand how this has so many 5-star reviews.
To make matters worse, when I tried to use Wayfair’s return function, they redirected me to the manufacturer instead of handling it themselves. Now I’m stuck waiting 2 business days just to hear back. This has been a frustrating experience overall, and having used Wayfair plenty of times in the past, I expected much better quality and service.
