Elkton Sideboard Accent Chest

Most definitely NOT solid wood. Color NOT as shown... base color wood is much darker and the red is so dark it can barely be distinguished from the unpainted wood. BAD paint job... bottom ledge and legs are covered with spray from the cream color of the drawers above and what looks like dust in these photos is actually also stray spray... that's most likely from laziness in not taping it off because the drawers can't be removed!?!?!? And only a 1 star review goes to Wayfair for offering a nearly $200 assembly fee for a product that already comes assembled!?!?!? I wish I had gotten the tealish chalk paint version instead... I'm probably going to chalk paint this one!

Love this chest. Solid sturdy wood. Beautiful distressed finish on drawers. Added bonus the secret side cabinets will hold up to 18 bottles if wine (if I had them).

I love my apothecary chest! I am undergoing a major reorganization of my room and this is helped tremendously. There are so many drawers and the fact that they are different shapes and different depths make it amazingly handy for stashing all kinds of things
