I have used you several times before and been very happy. I first ordered the chair in late summer with an estimated date of delivery as 19th October it arrived at the delivery depot and I heard no more. I re ordered the chair, expecting it to be brought in to the room of my choice, I eventually pleaded with the delivery driver who left it in the middle of my sitting room. This was in January of this year. Eventually with the help of a neighbour we put the chair together only to find it damaged at the back. I did not receive the chair until January this year. I am disabled and had been sitting on a dining room chair having got rid of my old chair to make room for the new one. You did after some negotiating give me a refund so I paid the price the chair is being sold at presently. But very disappointing. Said I would not complain further so I ignored your first email.
