The dressing table top was marked which we only noticed once we put the final piece in place. We tried to navigate the returns process but encountered a frustrating AI bot that we couldn’t get past, so we gave up and have had to put a mat over it. Not a great experience at all.

Fairly easy to put together, didn’t have a problem with drawers like other reviews have suggested, fast delivery only reason for four stars is there is some marks on the drawers which won’t come off, overall happy with purchase.

I have not yet opened the item, but the delivery experience was poor and concerning. The driver left a large, heavy package leaning against my front door before ringing the bell. As my door opens outwards, I was unable to open it and was effectively trapped inside. This was not only inconvenient but dangerous. If the door opened inwards, the package could have fallen inside and caused injury. A neighbour had to help move it so I could open the door. When I asked the driver why, he gave a vague apology and left. The installation charge is also excessive for what is essentially a referral to a TaskRabbit profile. I could have saved over £30 arranging this myself. Overall, despite not opening the product, I am already disappointed and would not recommend Wayfair.
