Coffee table Ulverst

I ordered this table as part of a set. I have waited over 2 months for this coffee table to be delivered and a week before the scheduled delivery date i received a text and email from the delivery company saying it would be delivered at the same time as the upright display cabinet that i also ordered a week earlier than was stated. The morning of the delivery i had the delivery driver telling me that the items were being delivered within 30-40 minutes and there was a shortage on the delivery and that item would arrive within the next day or so. 2 weeks have past and still no delivery of the item nor do i have any idea as to when it will arrive as they can not find the second part of the delivery. The day i had the delivery booked in i decided to pay for a installer to build the new furniture for me as i am not to good with my hands. The gentleman was at my house for 3 hours and could only build the upright display cabinet due to there being a shortage with the coffee table. It now looks like that Wayfair no longer have any stock of the coffee table which means im now stuck with half of a display set. Im not happy with this and have had very little good customer service. I have been allocated a specialist team to look into the issue and have been told they need extra time. I asked the specialist team member who is dealing with the issue to take back the half of coffee table and upright display cabinet if they can not give me the full order and compensate me for the payment I've made to have the one item built. I was told that under no circumstances do Wayfair offer compensation. i Have contacted them again today and have been told that i must contact the specialist team and await there response. Disgusting... Watch this space...

Zusammenbau ist etwas anspruchsvoller aber sieht sehr hochwertig aus. Genau wie erwartet. Er bietet sehr viel Stauraum.
