Piece Bedroom Set

This is a shambles of a wardrobe with countless errors. Many sections are bowed or wrongly measured and there is a 5mm sag in the middle which means we cannot fit the doors on. The assembly of the product was also a joke, if you purchase then be prepared to spend at least 6 hours putting it together, and make sure you have a big bedroom as you need to lay it on the floor to assemble. Picture 1 shows the amount of sag in the middle of the wardrobe using a white beam on top. Picture 2 shows that due to the sag the door does not fit.

Good quality but you should put number to each part, that would be easy to build it

Poor quality materials which compromises structural integrity. Wouldn't recommend

Shocking customer service on the purchase of this item. I received the bed on the 27th march and I am still waiting for missing parts arrive two weeks later! Followed the assembly instructions point for point and became short of critical hardware at the point when all prepared parts were ready to be put together! Wayfair customer service passed the book and blamed an outside supplier for delays on parts needed to build the bed. Needless to say a simple apology would have gone a long way at this point instead of ignorance and deflection to responsibility! I mean they have their money so why would they care the customer has paid for a bed and is sleeping on a mattress on the floor! The one star is for the parts that have arrived nothing more.
