Shawny Solid Wood and Rattan Bed

The Skandica Shawny bed is a model that will help you bring the closeness of nature to your bedroom. The construction of the bed is made of high-quality solid oak wood, enriched with elements of rattan in the form of Viennese braid. This combination will allow you to move your senses into a relaxation zone and calm your emotions - and these are extremely important conditions for a successful rest.Particular attention should be paid to the finish of the bed itself. The rounded edges of the headrest and legs directly affect the safety of use, as well as the visual lightness of the furniture. What's more, the right height of the legs will make cleaning easier - a cleaning robot can fit under the bed!Solid, natural oak wood is a beautiful and solid material. Warm, golden tones and rich textures are an extraordinary combination of nobility and versatility. Naturally occurring defects in knots or cracks are thoroughly cleaned and then filled with black, which fits perfectly well with the oak and emphasizes its natural beauty.A significant advantage of oak wood is its durability, resistance to mechanical damage and an exceptionally hard surface. The weight of the wood also speaks in favour - thanks to this, oak furniture is stable and not susceptible to deformation. Thanks to this, they retain their appearance despite the passage of time – without losing their durability. In order to enjoy the natural beauty of wood coated, we recommend repeating the oiling treatment every 2 years.
