Mattress a little springier than expected (I prefer a firmer one) but overall comfortable. The bed is well constructed and should last a long time. Happy

Not happy with the service . Wrong bed delivered. Inferior quality to the one I ordered. Sent a replacement out. Same bed as the first one you sent. Won’t be ordering anything from you again

I really love it , it came early the delivery guy was really helpful he left it in a safe space for me the bed is spacious and very comfortable

Terrible service! I ordered two of these beds on 28th November with an estimated delivery of Friday 6th December, which was the day after my 73 year old mum moves into her new flat. My mum had no furniture so it was crucial that at least one of the beds was delivered on time. Wayfair uses a number of different couriers and for this particular item they use XPD. XPD has no way to contact them, they dont answer their phones and there is a web chat that auto closes after a certain time on a mobile device. I could see on the tracking that XPD had received the items at their depot on 4th December and there was no communication on when the delivery will take place. Wayfair was clueless about when delivery would be made and Wayfair could only send a message that has a 48hr time frame for a response! That was no good to me. My estimated schedled delivery date went by and no updates! My 73 year old mother then had to move in with me because she has no bed in her new flat! A great inconvenience because we had no room for her. Radio silence over Saturday and Sunday. I then chased Wayfair for an update on Monday 9th December. Still clueless about when delivery would be made. I finally got through to XDP on their inferior web chat and I was informed all items (2 beds) would be delivered today. I now receive a text message from XDP that delivery will be made. When I got to my mums flat, to my horror one rolled up matress was left outside and the delivery person had self signed for the item. I checked the tracking and that stated that 7 items were delivered! What shambles! I called up Wayfair and I was told that they have messaged XDP and I now have to wait for a further 48hrs to find out when the rest of the items would appear. At this point I asked for a full refund and for the 1 rolled up matress to be taken back. I asked Wayfair couldnt they send the 2 bed via next day delivery. I was told no. I then proceeded to purchase another bed and matress from another online retainer that can send the items out via next day delivery.

What a terrible experience, couldn't get a delivery date, when the bed did turn up, it didn't have any drawers (should of had 4), the divan base is a small double and the mattress and headboard are a double, to add insult they want £20 for me to return it, I would recommend you stay well away
