Though this is undeniably a beautiful piece when finished, the entire construction/putting this together is absolutely diabolical!!! The entire process is long-winded and entirely unnecessary, and that was just the words I could print from my husband who raged throughout putting this together. The many parts and screws, etc, that this comes in is a complete joke and so unnecessary. My husband is an engineer and even he couldn't understand why this had to be so complicated, there's just no need. But, we persevered, and a few hours later (yes, you'll be lucky if that's all it takes), we have a lovely-looking table. Okay, the end result is lovely, but getting there is a complete nightmare, hence the 4 stars not 5.
