It's seems decent, mostly metal, I like it has casters so I can move to clean under it. The upper shelves are metal frames with a crossbar, with plastic inserts that snap into place to hold them. They are big enough for me to put all the Bungalow Rose Ceramic Planters I bought, and a few chinoiserie planters I bought earlier. I did not have any issues with the packaging that others reported. Only wish the shelves were metal a well. Hopefully, the plastic inserts will hold up.

Received item. Arrived damaged. Literally poking out of the box. So Wayfair sends me a second one to replace it, and AGAIN—poking through the box damaged! Now I have to pay for return shipping. Unbelievable. Can you not package things better?!

This didn't come with instructions but it did have a QR code for a video with instructions... in Chinese. Also, the instructions to use the QR code were in Chinese. I was able to figure it out. As I have stated on several pieces of the furniture that I've bought from Wayfair, You get what you pay for. It works as a plant stand but it is not a nice plant stand.
