The bench is much darker in person than in the pictures. I was looking for a warm oak color, and this is more of a dark walnut color with a slight orange tint to it. It was extremely easy to put together and only took about 20 minutes. However, it is not very heavy duty or sturdy as I had hoped. Overall, it’ll do the job and it does get all our shoes off the floor which is a plus.
