The TV stand is great, but right after I ordered it, it went on sale for a lower price. I emailed customer service but they would not refund me the difference. I was told I had to send it back and order it again at the sale price. What a hassle that would be. They should have just made it right!

The look and functionality minus the damage is good. I was disappointed with the delivery. The corner of the box was smashed which is what caused the corner of the plank to be damaged.
