Beautiful design I love it unfortunately it came in bad shape scratches all over the place and one of the brackets to hang on the wall was missing

The TV stand is great, but right after I ordered it, it went on sale for a lower price. I emailed customer service but they would not refund me the difference. I was told I had to send it back and order it again at the sale price. What a hassle that would be. They should have just made it right!

The look and functionality minus the damage is good. I was disappointed with the delivery. The corner of the box was smashed which is what caused the corner of the plank to be damaged.
