Not firm it’s really squishy not very happy . My dog jumped on it and fell over. Not as firm as my other cloud ottomans. I guess u get what you pay for

Low profile, pretty comfortable, and no assembly required! The one downside is that the back is very floppy, so I’d recommend putting it up against a wall or piece of furniture
