Metal Base Computer Desk

I was worried about getting this because we had to put it in our living room and I didn't want our house to look like an office. But we love this it's exactly what we wanted and it really fits in our house.

Super heavy desk. The top is comes in two parts so there is a seem down the middle. The "gaming mat" covers the middle if you use it. Adjustable feet is nice if your floors are slightly uneven.

The desk top comes in two pieces, so when it's put together it has a 'join line' down the middle. This is not made clear at all in any of the information about the product - not the photos, product description, detailed specifications etc. The photos show the mat (which comes with the desk) covering up the join. This join makes it a bit uneven and creaky when it comes to working at the desk, putting any pressure on it etc (and yes, all the screws have been tightened and desk leveled). I gave it the Wayfair one star "Missed the Mark" rating based on this, because I think it's deliberately deceptive product advertising. If I'd known this about the desk top I wouldn't have purchased it.

Love this desk and easy to assemble. My daughter put it together herself shes 16.

Perfect size and matches my adjustable height table. Easy to put together.
