Went together easily. Very comfortable and moves quickly and quietly. Better than a lazyboy at about a 13 the cost. Absolutely love the massage and lumbar heat features. Totally satisfied with the product.

Chair functions as advertised. Initial chair received with small tear in the right hand fabric. Asked for replacement; got another with a tear in literally the same spot. Will not ask for a second replacement, although disappointed that the replacement wasn't checked for defects.
