It is very comfortable for me at 5'6". The seat seemed hard at first but just seems supportaive at this point. The lift is great. It does not heat up very high, but I have plenty of heating pads. I bought for the lift feature as I'm having Achilles tendon and foot surgery next week with no weight bearing and figured I could save more energy for moving about on crutches and a scooter if I didn't have to stand and sit with one leg.
