178cm Sideboard

This is complete trash! Do not order! These arrived completely broken and unusable, and wayfair refuses to refund the purchase or provide replacement parts. I dont recommend ordering from wayfair at all after this experience. Wasted hundreds of dollars and now have to dispose of this junk because the main pieces arrived BROKEN!

Complete trash of a product! Do not buy!! Wayfair had to replace my entire order TWICE!! And it still came completely cracked in multiple places, then asked for a refund, still waiting on that too. Pure garbage! Negative stars if possible. Waste of time and money trying to make it work. See pictures for proof. Not sturdy at all either.

Great product ,heavy and looks really nice with my floor color . . Good product , really happy with this

I was struggling to find a cabinet that had warm colors that go with my orange wood floors. This was an excellent piece, took me about two hours to put it all together by myself. Very happy with the end result, looks great for exactly what I wanted it to do.

I’m giving this five stars based on the customer service and somewhat based on the item. Receive the item damage. No fault to Wayfair (although FedEx delivered it to the wrong address). I use the chat and the text system in order to address my concern. Originally, they suggested sending the replacement part but after seeing the color, I decided I wanted to go with the darker version. When I shared my change of heart, they simply arranged for a return pick up. I use a discount code when I made the purchase and when I asked if there was an option to receive another discount code, they provided it. Excellent customer service and I intend to purchase this item again, but simply in a different color. I would also like to note that the color is beautiful, it just simply did not go with my decor.
