Pretty much what I expected. A good chair. Well constructed. Easy instructions to follow. It does not roll as well on my hardwood floor when I am sitting on it, but otherwise it rolls fine. There is no adjustment for the angle of the back, but that is fine for me. My cat likes it both for sleeping and sharpening her claws. She thinks it has excellent lumbar support.
