Zero stars if I could. Horrendous delivery, product, assembly, and customer services. Item arrived in a damaged box to the wrong location. Not even able to fully assemble as the item was manufactured improperly. Trying to drive the screws in to the metal side bars was impossible due to pilot holes being horribly set. Attempting this process scattered metal shards all across the floor of my home (this is a hazardous condition so be extra careful if you have pets or kids as they cause cuts to exposed skin). The drawers did not align, and the piece simply is not functional. If you purchase and try to assemble for return, it is impossible to unassemble therefore making the box it came in unusable for returns. You will have to go out and find large boxes on your own dime to return. Customer services was no help. Referencing policies that did not exist regarding resolution process (I double checked). There are multiple complaints on the BBB, Consumer Affairs, and across various platforms/groups regarding Wayfair's horrible quality and customer service. Please save yourself the stress, it's not worth it.
