Not firm it’s really squishy not very happy . My dog jumped on it and fell over. Not as firm as my other cloud ottomans. I guess u get what you pay for

Worked exactly as promised. Love the color. Using as a window seat for our dog. Extra seating for guests.

Great product especially for the price! No assembly required, also light so able to move about but sturdy too!

Very nice and soft an comfy an the color looks just like the picture it’s bigger than I expected

Great ottoman, matches chair . Soft and yet firm to retain shape. Color is off white cream, material is soo soft corded.Using it as bench at top of stairs to put my shoes off and on with as well as my bag .funtionality is perfect and my cat loves it, it’s huge like i said I am using it as a bench and I’m 5’7/150lbs. So weight isn’t issue. If your on fence on this one jump off its a great deal.
