Perfect love it easy to assemble

My experience with this purchase was extremely disappointing! So much so that I don’t think I will be purchasing from this company ever again. When we first received these 2 chairs that we bought we began putting them together and quickly realized that one of the chairs came with 2 R arms . We got in touch with Wayfair and told them exactly what we needed and included a picture from the instruction pamphlet, circled the part so that there could be no misunderstanding and drew an arrow pointing to that part. Long story short, they continued to send the wrong arm a total of 3 separate times. I ended up just returning both of them. This experience was beyond frustrating and the person I spoke to on the phone after I received my third delivery of the wrong part did not seem to care. He brushed it off like it wasn’t his problem. I hope this doesn’t happen to anyone else. They clearly need to retrain whoever is in charge of sending out parts.

I put it together myself with no problems. Very nice looking and roomy! My cat granddaughter love it.

Love it. My husband bought me this chair. Its awesome. Slight problem but wayfair fixed it.
