Firm. Surprised at how firm it is. Need to add a few fluffy pillows as the ones it comes with are also small and firm. But it popped right up out of the box. Love the no assembly required part.

I absolutely love this chaise lounge. It’s generously sized with plenty of room to stretch out, and the fabric feels soft and high quality. The memory foam makes it sturdy and supportive, and it looks great in my living space. Most importantly, it’s insanely comfortable. I’ve fallen asleep on it more than once. It arrives compressed in a box and it’s a bit heavy, so if you have stairs you may want someone to help you carry it. Setup is super easy: just take it out of the box, remove the plastic, and let it expand for about 20 minutes until it reaches its full size.
