Subject: Extremely Disappointed with Missing Parts in Beauty Desk – Ruined Christmas Gift Dear Wayfair Customer Service, I am reaching out to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a Beauty Desk that my 9-year-old daughter received as a Christmas gift. We were excited to assemble the desk the day after Christmas, as it was a special present from Santa Claus. However, our excitement quickly turned into frustration when we realized that two essential pieces were missing from the box, the part of the mirror making it impossible to complete the assembly. This situation has been very upsetting, especially for my daughter, who was eagerly anticipating using her new desk. Seeing her disappointment was truly heartbreaking. To make matters worse, I have had to hire a carpenter to custom-make the missing parts so we can finally complete the assembly. This unexpected hassle and additional cost are completely unacceptable for a brand of your reputation. I am writing to formally request a resolution to this matter. At the very least, I expect: 1. A refund or partial reimbursement for the inconvenience caused and the additional expenses incurred. 2. A review of your quality control process to ensure that such issues do not happen to other families in the future. I sincerely hope that you will address this situation promptly and take responsibility for the poor experience we have had with your product. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
