Anton Swivel Upholstered Adjustable Height Counter Stool (Set of 2)

I give the product 5 stars. The stools are fantastic. Theyre comfortable, really sturdy and look great. However, Wayfairs customer services leads a lot to be desired so giving 1 star. They messed up my order of 2 quantity sets of bar stools. Only delivered one set on the day. When I enquired when will I get the other set, they said they would have to investigate where they were, and once theyd completed their investigation they would consider resending me the 2nd parcel. Not a good way to do business. Wayfair could just have easily sent me the replacement parcel whilst they carried out their investigation. I stuck to my part of the deal when I paid upfront, yet Im left with missing items and I am told I have to wait, at my expense. A week later I was sent an email saying the replacement would be with me before or on Wed 13 Sept. They didnt arrive. When I enquired with Wayfair, they said they will look into it. So we as a family still cant sit at our breakfast bar together because theres 4 of us and 2 bar stools. Still waiting for my stools Wayfair. Dont treat your customers like imbeciles!

One of my stools is not adjusting height it’s faulty the other one is fine please advise thanks

Love them! They look amazing. They are really comfortable and great for putting our toddler on without worrying about her falling off!

lovely stools and comfy but only had them one year and the gas has gone in both stools. so now i will need to look for new stools
