Counter Stool with Metal Frame

I just got this stool today after a couple months' delay in shipping. Well, it was worth the wait! This stool is really solid, feels great to sit on, and seems like a quality piece that will last a very long time. I was happy that it arrived already assembled. It does take nearly ten minutes to unwrap it because it is so securely packaged! I was impressed with the packaging, which even included a piece of wood at the bottom of the box for stability. (Our FedEx guy tossed the box onto my porch, but there was no damage to the stool at all.) The seat of the stool is a lighter/less vibrant color than I expected from the online picture, so I am still deciding where it looks best in my house. It is a very nice distressed wood, though, and again, very solid. The one thing I would tell you to expect is that you'll probably want to put small felt or rubber furniture pads on the bottoms of this stool; otherwise it will scratch the floor. Overall a great piece.

I’m very happy with these! The seat has some blue and green faded paint in some areas, which I wasn’t expecting but it adds to the rustic industrial look. The picture makes the base look more like black steel, but it is a painted black finish. Super sturdy and arrived well packaged and in perfect condition.
