Muhlfeld 100cm Sideboard

Very poor assembly instructions with no identification on components. One drawer side poorly manufactured with chipping to finish on one end. Unfinished thread to mount adjustable foot on one leg which I had to re-tap. Incorrect screw holes on drawer runners where they mount to cabinet leaving screws sitting proud therefore fouling on rollers when attempting to fit drawers, I had to re-drill and countersink runners to allow drawers to slide. No adjustment for drawers, to obtain nice even gaps I had to make my own shims. Definitely made down to a price and not up to a standard. I am a retired engineer with tools and a workshop and was able to overcome these shortfalls, if you don’t have the same facilities you may struggle.

Scratch’s and chips on unit. Instructions not at all clear. Screws not marked all in one big bag and hard to distinguish from one another. Some screws would not work in the holes they were intended for. All in all you get what you pay for, still not worth the money. Would not buy this brand again.
