Six equally spaced 15mm shelves, sturdy when assembled and unlikely to sag given the 56 cm width. Packaging was generally good, but por separation of metal and wood caused some shelf bracket distortion and one deep scratch mark (easily corrected by diyers). The open aspect of the shelves makes them less obtrusive and the flexible and adjustable design allows them to cater for less than perfect floors and walls. The bottom shelf height and central foot support allows cleaning underneath and overcomes typical enclosed shelf-unit problems with high skirting boards and use of low-down power sockets.

Poor quality I had to fit the shelves myself with different screws as nothing lined up the brackets were bent all over. Cheap and shocking
