Easy enough to assemble and sturdy.

Love this little bookcase! Its dimensions and metal-wood appearance were just what I had in my for my LR when I chose to purchase it. Assembly was easy. It’s quite sturdy.

Works well as entertainment center. Sturdy. Assembly was not terrible.

I have been pleased with other bookshelves from this same manufacturer, but this one didn't measure up. The holes on one piece were drilled incorrectly. I was still able to work around that and build the shelves, but I could not connect that piece to the rest of the bookcase, so cannot support much weight. I almost decided to return the item, but I was 80% finished with building it, and I just couldn't imagine going through the hassle.
