Bayhills Replace Headboard

This is a really lovely product BUT the screws to attach both halves together are too big so won’t screw into the metal attachments Can’t send back because I’ve built it, really disappointed

Great experience. I live in South Africa and my family in the UK. I wanted to treat my parents to a housewarming gift for their new home. It was so easy with Wayfair - from o online ordering to delivery it’s been a pleasure! The headboard I chose is great quality and my folks are very happy! Thank you Wayfair.

Poor quality and its impossible to get a refund

The actual headboard is lovely and does the job well - I love the design. My one design flaw is that you can see the screws on the headboard at the top rather than them being flush, so it's not perfect. However, my one key bit of feedback is that assembling the headboard was a nightmare! I had someone else help me and it took us ages, I was close to returning it! Now it's up I love it, but the assembly was far more difficult than necessary.

This was an assembly from hell. Easy-to-follow instructions, but flimsy parts and flimsy tools (especially the spanner). We got there in the end, but had to use wire to join the two halves of the headboard together, as the joining part (H) had been damaged by the spanner and had stopped turning. Luckily the botch-job is at the bottom and masked by the bed. Nice enough headboard, but not worth the hassle.
