The book case is very good quality, although slight downside is the instructions which were not entirely clear. However I called Wayfair CS team and once again they were superb. The lady I spoke with was Called Nicole and she was brilliant - so book case gets 4 star, Nicole / Wayfair CS 5 stars ⭐️
