DO NOT BUY THESE CHAIRS!!! We were initially told that delivery would be three weeks which we were fine to wait. Although after four weeks, still no sign of the chairs. When they finally did arrive, we received them in a horrific condition as you can see! All of the chairs were damaged severely! We then went straight to the customer care team who asked us if you could keep our “beautiful” product for a discount code and just “spray over the damage”. ON A BRAND NEW PRODUCT! I wouldn’t even expect this level of damage on a second hand product never mind brand new. Whatever you do don’t buy these chairs or even better avoid Wayfair completely!

Cheap and chatty, as everything has been from my experience of Wayfair. The product states “no assembly required” however this is not the case. The box came battered, no fittings included, missing the plastic ends on the legs, and in a million pieces. The parts have to be actually manually bent to fit together and there’s no instruction manual included. Save your money and get better chairs. Avoid these at all costs. Spoke to Wayfair customer service, to be advised they’d send over a manual within an hour. That was over 6 hours ago. I was also told to “get lost” by the rude customer service agent.
