Only one star for the product but five stars for the excellent wayfair returns policy, allowing a discount if the customer does not want to exchange or repair a damaged product. From experience with others I anticipated a big fight to get some recompense for an inferior product but wanted to avoid having to dismantle the unit to repack and return. The damage was unsightly but in the position it is used that will be ok for the discounted price. Well done for a very efficient, easy to use procedure to compensate quickly.
