Hoover Solid Wood Counter Stool

Love the style of the chair and wanted something timeless. Unfortunately the paint on the bolts came off after the second person sat on the stool. Initially the first delivery was delayed 3 times but second time around was as promised. Ordered 4 (in 2 deliveries) and the smooth finish on the seat is only on 3..... it’s as if the 4th never had a top coat. Will ring Wayfair to discuss options
