First one arrived very broken and crushed. Replacement offered and accepted but that also arrived crushed with broken strut and cracks. Raising an issue was a nightmare and unsatisfactory the second time. Solution offered not great and difficult to get communication going as first two attempts did not work or just without response, through their automated text/WhatsApp resolution process. Would have been nice item if not broken.
