Palmeri 2 - Person Dining Set

My order arrived on time, but the screws were missing. I tried to reached them, they dont respond, their phone number doesnt work, there is no email address. There is only a virtual assistant, hardly directed me to a text message. I kindly write my request for missing screws, I received only automatic responses, when I followed up next day, there is no answer even. Literally I stuck with two incomplete chairs at home without a customer service. This is my second order, and the other one has also even worse issues waiting for assembly

Had this a while but forgot to review the product, you have to keep tightening the chairs as they loosen over time and the table top is covered in something that can come away as shown in the picture. So looking at getting rid of this product as it looks tatty now

Great item and very easy to assemble. Lovely colour and easy to set up. However when setting up the table attach the base table brackets first, then the legs (not what the instructions say) as this is the only way the leg screws will fit into the base of the table.

Lovely little table for our conservatory. Easy to put together, took under an hour. Ordered on Wednesday and came Thursday. Good service !

Perfect fit for two people. Sturdy and to be recommended. Easy to assemble.
