The bed is cheap and awful. I had tried to return it. I initiated the return within the correct time, but the collection of this item kept getting put back. After six weeks of waiting I contacted Wayfair, and was advised to cancel that collection and start a new refund. I was assured the item would be collected the following Monday and sent a new returns label. The item wasn’t collected. I contacted wayfair again and they said I was out of time to receive a refund and return the item. This will be taken up by trading standards
