The c Replacement chair arrived earlier than expected so that was good and I’ve had the chair made up.i am very pleased with it. I could not understand that the original order was in such a disgusting state and it was delivered to the reception are and not to my door so I at 88 had to get it to my apartment with help. The customer service team were excellent .am

Very please with my purchase, this was the 2nd such unit purchased for the house. It is very comfortable and will last a long time. The unit came 2 days before the expected date, so full marks for that, given how often delays occur on many other products purchase on line.

Delivery was super quick. The chair was easy to put together with good instructions. It’s really comfortable. The footleg rest is great, and nicely folds away when not in use. Overall great chair.

Excellent quality and very easy to put together.

This chair is so comfy! My husband put it together by himself in under 30min and has since been laying in it. Assembly is quite simple and the instructions are easy to follow. The leather feel soft to the touch and the cushions are cushy! It has the adjustable lumbar in the back which is a nice touch, if you need a supportive and durable chair I would reccomend this one. We’re going to order another.
