Dear wayfair I am writing to formally raise a complaint about the sofa I purchased from you. The product was delivered with a hole on the side. I reported this issue immediately and was assured I would receive a response, but I have never been contacted again. I expect this matter to be resolved promptly, either by replacing the defective sofa or providing an appropriate refund. Please confirm how you intend to address this issue as soon as possible.

Lovely design. Fit and finish is very good. The only issue was damage to the plastic feet.
