Best sofa ever so comfy love it

A quality sofa with recliner features. It is spacious and soft to repose in, and is great value for money! Moreover, the product has the option for insurance cover, bringing that extra peace of mind to myself as a customer: 5-stars all of the way!

After two delivery drivers (they told me it was classed as a three-man job) could not fit the box through the doorway, they said the other option would be to open it and I could take it all up in parts as it was self assembly. They left the box in a position where I had to cut the side of the box open instead of cutting down the sealed side as it was so heavy to move. I have opened it and the only self assembly thing about this sofa is the cushions. I rang customer service who have offered to collect on Monday or Tuesday. I am now left with a massive sofa in a box outside for three days. Unfortunately, this review system will not allow me to give a no star rating so a 1 star it is. Return and full refund please! Lovely comfy sofa straight out of the box, minimal assembly easy to put together. Delivery was straight forward with great communication and helpful drivers. Would recommend
