Faux Leather Refillable Bean Bag Lounger

The product was delivered to someone else on my road who I don't even know. The courier was meant to collect it from them and bring it to me. Hasn't happened. Then they were going to send me a new one. Hasn't happened. Apparently I can't have a refund until the product has actually got back to them, even though I have never even seen it and it's never been anywhere near my house. Absolutely ridiculous. All phone operators really helpful but nothing progresses.
