Due to the issues I have had with this I cannot recommend this sofa. Firstly when I placed the order I was given a 6-8 week delivery time. It actually took almost 4 months, after much chasing I was doubting that it would actually arrive. The customer service I received was shocking. Twice on the estimated day of delivery my order changed to backordered after I had chased it up. Each time I contacted Wayfair I was given different information. I spoke to someone who told me it was with the delivery company and would be with me in the next few days. It actually took another month after this. After contacting them again I was told that the couriers warehouse was closed due to adverse weather? When I spoke to someone else they advised the item hadn't been scanned at the warehouse which was strange and that they would refer my order to the shipping department to chase it up. I was referred to this department twice, each time they sent an email with no information as to what was happening, just that it was delayed. Secondly, when the sofa finally did arrive there were no holes in the dust cover to attach the legs. The sofa comes with plastic floor protectors screwed in, I assumed that the legs would screw into the same hole however these holes were too big for the legs. After all the problems with delivery I was reluctant to contact Wayfair again but was very disappointed. I had to drill another hole which caused the dust cover fray and come away. It was only after this happened that I noticed there were holes for the legs in the base of the sofa but they had forgotten to put a hole through the dust cover. I had to force the legs through the cover to make holes for the 8 legs. This has made the corners fray and is visible on the sofa. There was no way I would have known that there were pre drilled holes for the legs in the frame if the dust cover had not come off as no instructions were provided and they were not visible. I have ordered from Wayfair before but this experience has put me off buying from them again.

I ordered a sofa on January 5 2023 and it arrived on May 6 2023 after 4 months. I wouldn't recommend this seller because of their poor record for timely deliveries, but the sofa itself is amazing.

Got this in the January sale (4th Jan). Wayfair said it would be a 6 week wait; it finally arrived on 21st April! Be prepared to wait, get several delivery dates, then wait some more. The sofa would get 5☆ if Wayfair weren't so useless at communicating. For the price we paid it's excellent. Easy to assemble and handy if you want a big sofa but have a narrow entry as it comes as 2 big parcels. It's quite firm but I prefer it that way. We went for the dark blue which is fairly accurate to the colour they show you online. I've sprayed it with scotchguard but I expect the children and cat will destroy it soon enough.

Great sofa for the price, in lovely colour, delivered undamaged and with commincation updates, unfortunately I had to wait 3.5 months for delivery though but fortunately I was not in a hurry, I would buy again but keep this in mind when delivering incase I have the king coming over for dinner horray got in time for the coronation

I got the sofa in turquoise and absolutely love it! Everyone constantly admires it too. Very high quality
