Bracamonte 2 Piece Chenille Standard Living Room Set

looks great, really stylish and comfortable, love it

Pleased with my purchase, not so pleased with your courier. (ArrowXL) They wanted to leave my suite in my front garden in the rain, stating they were unable to enter my property. How would this work with an elderly customer who had no way of getting the suite inside his house on his own This needs to be made clear to the customer BEFORE THEY ORDER. Better still, use a courier that8 cares!!

Perfect for my house and very comfortable

Delivery team were an absolute joke, I've never known any two people lie so much in a single exchange in order to avoid doorstep delivery, yes I can understand during this lock down that it's safer for all if they don't enter the home and I'm fine with paying for room of choice delivery and only being supposedly supplied doorstep delivery, however to have my sofas dumped in the downstairs lobby blocking the main door and causing a fire risk is annoying to say the least. Coupled with the fact I've absolutely zero way to get them up to the first floor where my front door actually is while distancing measures are in place means they're useless to me. I spoke with two different customer service representatives as the lockdown came a few days after I ordered so was worried with regards to my purchases and both assured me that door step delivery would be guaranteed in place of room of choice, I have been badly let down by the delivery teams lack of regard. Lazy, ill mannered thieves and liars is my current opinion of not just wayfair but the companies they choose to represent them at the moment. 0 stars.

Absolutely love my safa
